Searching the Forum

Do I have to get a premium membership to search the forums? Every single time I try to search for a subject it says "do to high server use search is disabled temporarily" "try a premium membership for higher priority" It makes it hard for newer people like me not to ask the same question 500 times, when we can't search for the answer on our owns.

Well It seems like everytime I try it doesen't work :D I'm not complaining I'm just seeing if the Premium helps that much.
