Coralline algae comes in all colors, that is probably what you are seeing, or the coralline's reaction to the different light levels. I'd be more worried about the anemone.

Well, after thinking about it for a while I took the brain out and gave it a treatment with Seachem's Coral Disinfectant. I also feed it this evening and it ate like normal, very quickly actually....

Right now I'm keeping all LPS, mostly euphyllia with an open brain and two candy cane corals along with montipora (SPS). You will be fine with all LPS that I can think of.

it does help but my concern is that 2 of the caps are already bleached from the attacks by the nudis, i talked with eric borneman and he is concerned that the 2 already bleached montis may not last...

I think you would be ok. I'm running PC lights on my Red Sea Max and have all of those corals except the fungia. You should be fine.
