This sounds like the same problem I've fixed in mobile homes I own. The problem was loose connections in the outlet chain and once a broken wire in a wall. The symptoms happen when the wires heat up...

I checked the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)...

I checked the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for Oxyclean and it is a high alkalinity phosphated chlorine.

Check the ph. Phosban and charcoal sounds like it will clear it up.
