You wouldn't need a chiller with a 175w MH. I've got 150w MH + 2x65 PC over my 25G and one 60mm PC fan blowing across the water provides more than enough cooling.
I'd go with MH.

Maybe it's something I'm not aware of, but is there a reason why calcium and alkalinity controllers don't exist?
I would like a system that doses 2-part as it is depleted, not at set intervals....

I use a milk jug with a hose ran through the top that leads into an I.V. dripper. It's extremely simple, never fails and doesn't require an airtight container :)
