Refridgerated Lobster tank ideas

I just won an Ebay auction for a 90g Refridgerated lobster tank, Is made by Marineland and made of acrylic with the sloping front. its the same thing used in supermarkets for holding Live lobsters.

IM looking for a pump with around 1100gph at 4' Im looking to spend less than $150 for the pump, So far i think my best options are between the Rio and Mag.
