Could be a monogenean Infestation. History/Physical Exam: Cloudiness to skin; grey-white cast or irregular areas on skin; eroded fins; focal hemorrhages on skin; pruritus and dyspnea. There are lots of treatments, including formalin baths and prolonged formalin immersion, freshwater bath, Praziquantel bath, copper, etc.
Could also be Icthyobodosis, which has some of the same treatments, like a formalin bath or you can raise temp to >30C if the others dont work.
