The 210 build begins

well got the 210 today thought i would throw up some pics just for fun along the way.... i got some vinyl on the way home for my background and threw it on there i was surprised at how good it looks and for 10 bucks you cant beat it took about 1/2 hour and didnt have to mess with painting.....




i also went to lows to get some wood for the stand and canopy and after $243.63 i got this whopping little pile and thats just barly enough to get started on it

Off to a good start. Keep the pics rolling. Take your time and do it right from the start. You don't want to regret not changing something later when its' too late.

Are you going to put a Giesemann fixture inside of a custom canopy?

thats what im thinking as of right now but things are always subject to change lol

If I was going with the Giesemann fixture I would hang it. If I was building a canopy, I would do a retrofit kit. Why? I don't know, just like it that way I guess...

I think im just going to hang it in the canopy i dont think im going to put a top on the canopy maybe just something across the top to hang the light from so it will be open on the top and that back to get a little more air flow

I have to ask, what are you using the 6055 for? Additional flow should be no problem with that equipment IMO.

the sump i am having built has a nice size place for frags but it is going to need some flow so thats what im using it for i thought i better use something that is controlable so this is what i decided to use

This is going to be some system, can't wait to see more pics as the build continues. Maybe I'll get some ideas for my 210.
