Rare Grouper ID Needed

If anyone knows this type of grouper please let me know. I think it belongs in the Epinephelus family. The LFS told me this fish came in as an Anthias, they state it is supposed to mimic an anthias to get closer to prey but could not tell me a name.

Here is the link share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=0AbMWTdi1atmLCFg

Thanks

Gracila albomarginata ( i think). The juvenile colors are awesome, but eventually give way to a 15" drab adult.

Is this a rare fish? What do they usually go for? Thanks for any help. I can only keep one grouper in my tank so I'm trying to decide between this masked grouper or the miniatus grouper.
