the one thing that makes me slightly nervous is the contents in sanded tile grout.

just check the msds. i was at first nervous due to the fact that they claim to have mold and mildew inhibitors as well as polymer modified.
according to the msds only portland cement, ti dioxide and silica sand.

I looked up portland cement and they have trace metal also

im sure it is. that is the white. so its in pcv, paint and etc. if its white, it has titanium dioxide. more or less.

You can get the same look by using portland type 3 white cement and the one on the left is the diy
