how much flow

How much flow do I need if I plan on doing only zoos, mushrooms, polyps, and maybe a xenia in a 10 gallon tank? Would about 200 gph be enough flow or should I go for more or less? Thanks.

That would probably be ok for those corals. I have all the above mentioned with 30x turnover with no issues.
