Do not use All Glass. They are highly irregular. I have been using a titanium heater in both of my tanks from Via aqua. There are on the money and excellent. You can get them on Ebay.

I am using the Azoo titanium heater from Foster & Smith. No problems, pretty good for the $ IMO.

Finnex makes titanium heating elements from 300-watts to 1000-watts that are available from www.aquaticeco.com. The temperature controller is available separately.
Instead of buying a heater element, my advice is to buy an integrated thermostat-heater and plug it into a temperature controller. It will then take an unlikely failure of both thermostats to accidentally overheat your tank. I have an Ebo-Jager thermostat-heater plugged into a Medusa temperature controller. |
