I have sent 2 emails with questions on a few corals and have not received a response. If it is not important enough to answer emails than it is not important enough for me to spend my money. Good luck.

In the past year, I've tried emailing them and no response. Just last Friday I emailed again, an still no response!!! A long trime ago the guy sent me a PM here on RC I replied a little late and got no response. That is what I encoutered.

Me Too. I got a response today with an email saying they would get right back to me regarding my question so we will see.

I sent them an email on 10-22 and still no reply. Guess they didn't want the sale after all.

Looks like we got responded to o the same day any nothing since for both of us. I got a message saying sorry for the delay we will get right back to you. I gave up. I will spend my money elsewhere.
