Just heard water is approved to go up 17%. Between that and electric its killing me. Where are the 17% cost of living raises. But government wouldn't approve that right (unless its their own paycheck). Sometimes I hate loving this hobby so much considering I gave up all other hobbies to continue this one. Sorry to rant but had to.

lol.....and here I thought the reason there's a strong petition to legalize pot in California is because there's a good portion of the population there who want to freely enjoy their habit without fear of persecution........silly me....

if legalized in california, it would bring in about 1 billion dollars a year

it would far exceed 1 billion dollars when taking into account man hours to prosecute offenders, court costs, jail costs etc. It’s a joke!
