a tad high, but aquadreams has a nice tub full at $9.75/lb over 10lbs...
you also can work with him and buy a box off the truck for a lot cheaper if you cannot find anything second hand. |

If you don't mind dealing with a short cycle, I highly recommend Marco Rocks www.marcorocks.com.
I won a 25 lb box at the last club raffle, ans was so impressed with the quality that I bought another 50 lbs. It's gorgeous stuff. Since it is sold dry, you get a LOT more rock per pound than you get buying live rock. Cheap, too! And because he's right in MA shipping cost is very low and it gets here in one day anyway. Check it out! He even has some eBay auctions where you can buy it for a bit less than on the website. I know I sound like a shill, but I'm not. Just a happy customer.

i would have to agree that aqua dreams gets in some really nice rock, try to get there when they get a new shipmement. i have bought a few pieces from them. got a rose coral once and a few cucumbers, that i didnt even see when i got the rock.
i also like the marcorock me and my neighbor split a box of the rock rubble from them it was really nice and you get a ton of it. |
