Micro bubbles

I was wondering if anyone has a similar problem. It seems that whenever we feed the fish, micro bubbles start appearing coming from he return heads. also occasionally the two maxi 1200's shoot out a burst of fine mist. If it helps we have 92 corner tank 100 gallon fuge in basement. Iwaki return pump 14' or so. i tried filter bags downstairs no luck, rubble rock in sump ect. any ideas?

My maxi-jets do the same, I think this is normal. When you feed your fish it could change how your skimmer works and makes it spit out more bubbles. the same happend in my tank and that is what I thing is causing in
Growing old is manditory, growing up is optional.

I have all my mj1200s on a wavemaker. Ocasionally they will shoot out a burst of bubbles. When I feed I shut down the return pumps from the basement. I installed a check valve to freeze the water in the return line so there is not a rush of bubbles in the tank when they come back on.
And yes, before someone chimes in, the sump can handle the excess water in case it fails.
