Sure! Given good conditions there is no reason for them not to make a complete transition. I've read where some don't seem to get the same vivid colors, but IMO, this may not be the norm.
I've had two large angels, including my current majestic that have changed over beautifully.

yeah many people have had great success in having angels change.

Yes. I bought my Chrysurus as a juvi. It now has it's full adult colors.

Here's a new question: Has anyone, or know of anyone that had a juvenile that NEVER changed its colours (to adult colours)?

I bought a juvenile Emporer about a month ago. It is pretty large for a juvenile, about 4 inches, and it is not showing any signs of changing its colours yet.

I have a juvenile Emperor for 2 years now. It still has not changed it's colors. It has gotten larger, about 5 inches. Some people say that they never change colors and others say yes.

Sure they change. I've been the care-taker of a 125 gal FO set up in an office that had an Emperator go through the change. Awesome sight, he was. They also grunt. They get huge, too. Are you sure you don't have a Koran Angel? Looks just like a juvy Emperator.

Does the Juvenile Koran have the full circle towards the back like the Emporer, or only semi circular?

The full circle on a juvie Pomacantus is the emp, the only big angel juvie with such a marking.

Different species of angels really vary when it comes to transformation to adults. Some like the majestic do it at a very small size and Korans are noted for taking forever to change.
