Aptasia killers
Hi all,
I am in the process of acclimating some thing called Berghia verrucicomis nubibranch in to my 26 gal tank. These fellows are supposed to eat my huge population of Aptasia. Does anyone know if these things work or have I wasted my money (again). Thanks. |

Ive heard numerous stories of them dying, for no obvious reason even in accomplished aquarists care.Good luck.

I use Joe's Juice to get rid of the aptasia. I never tried one of those.

I've used Berghia a number of times. They will eat 99% of the Aiptasia, and then die. That can be useful, but the Aiptasia will remain.
