LR and Sumps

Does anyone fill their sumps full of live rock, I have been thinking about adding Live Rock to my sump to add as an extra filter system. Currently I have an empty sump that I clean out during water changes.

I ended up taking mine out. Too much crap would build up under it. If you want to do it, I would put it on top of eggcrate, and make sure that there is water flow. Kinda pointless without some flow. All in all I still think that LR in a sump is a good thing. Having light on it is good to. Good luck
