Question Pipe Organ under 2x24 t5s ok?

The tanks 18inches tall its a 45gallon where should I place this coral?

really high...thats only 48w of light total..im not sure much of any corals will last long-term besides mushrooms tho.

I was told by my fellow reefer it would be fine. And how much flow should I give it?

You definately need more lighting. You should have at the very minimum 3 watts per gallon. I don't think you should get the pipe organ for the well-being of the coral.
