Vitamin enriching frozen foods?
I’ve seen posts and suggestions on vitamin enriching things like mysis. How is this done and with what? Right now I just thaw with tank water in an old pill container then stick the left over in the fridge for the next feeding.
Thanks!

When talking about vitamin enriching and/or gut loading, people are often reffering to using products such as Kent's Zoe or Selcon and many other "enhancing" products. I personally have never "enriched" any of my frozen cubes, but it's on the to do list, just havn't bought the selcon yet.

I only thaw out what I'm going to feed. I enrich with Zoe, Selcon, Tahitian blend, or Zoecon. Whichever I have and alternate. I just dump it on the frozen cubes and let it thaw out that way.

Same here, I open the cube, put a few drops of Selcon and then a drop or two of garlic. Let it sit and thaw and I mix it around a few times. When I am ready to feed I drain off the excess juice.
