I can't guarantee that you don't have some sundial snails eating your zoanthids, but I can guarantee you that little snail in the pic isn't one. It's a Collonista/Homalopoma, and as you thought, it's in the Turban Snail family. It's an algae eater.

I can't tell very much about the critter in the pic with your finger or thumb. Does it have a shell?
