Please Help with ID

Can Anyone tell what these critters are and if I should be concerned?

This worm comes out and night. He seems to eat the surrounding hair algae, and leaves little piles of worm poo around his hole.

Also, this slug also is only (rarely) out at night. It's about 1.5 inces long.

Thanks.

(They are hitchikers in a BioCube 14 that been running for ~8 months. Water parameters are good. Flow: MJ900 return pump. Inhabitants:1 Clown, 1 small Goby. Mushrooms, Zoa's, Trumpet, Acan, Torch, Open Brain. Also Peppermint shrimp, Emerald crab, various snails, two blue hermits)

thank you demon.. that will help me so much in starting my first reef! I had a little worry about my first hitch hiker today, and it took me too long to find out it was a bristle worm. thanks!
