maxi jet to magfloat

what do you guys use to "glue" a maxi jet to a magfloat?

Maybe I'm missing something, but why would you do that? I would imagine aquarium silicone would work fine.

Ah good to know. I've never used maxi jets. So do you just buy a small magfloat and dedicate it to holding the powerhead?

I use weld on 16 I've made 3 of the maxi mods and this was the best way.

weld-on is the best.. super glue is the cheap-O solution... it is worth buying the weld-on.....it lasts for a Long time.

I've used aquarium silicone on several of them. Works great. You can get DAP Aquarium silicone at HD and Lowes.

BTW, There are nice magnet holders available for them that you dont need to glue on. The Sure Grips by Algae Free.
