Thumbs up Tunze Rocks

I just have to say that Tunze rocks, I have never done business with a finer company in my life. I had some issues that I won't go into, but I just have to say that Roger gave me more personal attention than the the realtor that sold me my house. Tunze made everything right... and then some, I can not say the same for my house

I wish they made those rocks in a smaller size. And cut the price in half.

Good to know when you spend that kind of money you get customer service to go with it

I am in the middle of getting my K4 replaced by Hydor and I also have GREAT things to say about them! I will post when all said and done but with one e-mail to customer service rep I got an answer back with an address and "return it to us for a prompt replacement." no questions asked... If I would've know, I would have bought ALL those non-op ones at the MD scratch/dent sale!

Anyway sorry for the hijack, back to the topic at hand...

YAY Tunze!
