would you ever use this?

im not sure where exactly to post this, i posted in the DIY forum, then realized it might not be the best, so here we go again...

im planning to use this spray adhesive to attach sand to starboard(faux sandbed)... does anyone think this is a bad idea?

http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...t-Information/

i figure if i had it in the house, might as well use it...

thanks

Mike

No I would Not.

The adhesive never actually dries, and the stuff always smells horrible, even after a long time. Its a spray adhesive, not a spray glue, so it's always sticky.

3M does make a spray glue that does dry, I've used it plenty on speaker box carpet. I agree though, I wouldn't try it.
