What is this algae and how do I get rid of it?

I have a 20H (that I made a AIO) that has been set up for about 5-6 months. The last few weeks I have had this algae that I think is diatoms but it is not going away and is starting to bother some coral (Setosa, Contigua, and Ice Fire) it is leaving others alone..... so far.

Here's my params

0 - Nitrite, ammonia, phosphate and nitrate
5 meq/L - ALK
PH - 8.3night to 8.55day
I use RODI water and SeaChem reefsalt.
For flow I have MJ1200 and a MP10ES for ~15G of water.

I have done 25% water changes twice a week for 2 weeks now. It goes away at night and comes back during lights on. I can blow or syphon it off and it's back in less than an hour.

Any ideas?
