Phosphate from cement/concrete block?

I know DIY rocks are commonly used... but I plan to build large liverock formations using cement blocks and hydraulic cement.

Any chance the blocks might leach PO4 or other harmful compounds into the water?

Cement and aggregates might contain some phosphate, but I haven't heard any instances of that occurring to any measurable extent.
