Baking soda !

Hi ,,,

I buy from supermarket baking soda , how to use it in my reef tank and you know its different concentration from brand to brand , for example if i wont to raise KH 2 meq/ml how many tee spon i dose !

You can use this calculator. ~ 1 teaspoons / 45 gal will raise the Alk 1 dKH. Use only Arm & Hammer Baking Soda

Ok, well it should be close then. The reason behind it is some BS can have different bulk density than A & H. I would start off then with 1 teaspoon for 50 gals and go from there, just in case its bulk density is higher. We do not want to over shoot things and have to high a Alk.
