hybrid zoas?

Does anyone have an ID for the zoas in the upper-center? It looks like they're a hybrid breed between the 2 types of zoas that it's surrounded by.

whatever they are, they are very pretty. The skirts on the zoas really stand out.

What an offer ... but I'm pretty sure that doesn't fall under the acceptable trade rules in the FRAG bylaws.

it's more likely you just had a solitary polyp of a different color morph on the frag (if you grew those out).

Plastid exchange can occur though, so who knows.

Where they fire and ice zoa's to begin with? They sorta look like some I have, I think mine are called that, but yours look much bluer in the center, very nice though!

They sure did and thank you again! They have grown alot and I actually was able to split a few off and start another set of them. The top set is what I got from you that day and the bottoms one are what I was able to frag myself. Thanks again they are one of my favorite frags so far!

JMC -- I believe they are a type of LPS coral, I could be wrong and if so please someone step in. But they look to be a LSP type, they grow new little arms and spit out a new polyp. kirstenk would know way more than I do, I had never seen them before I got them from her. Badfish was telling me I would want some of those so I went for it.

Oh yeah feed them in what way? I add coral food to the tank but do you target feed them? If so what do you use? I really like them and would love to see them reproduce more!
