Question Please help with what size of pump to buy.

My pump blewup when I plugged it in to do my test of my new system.

You can go to this site to see my system and leave anwers here or there. But, I need to get a pump ordered tonight or tomorrow and really have no idea what size to buy. Will keep a variety of corals, but not sure how much flow I can have returning from my tank.

I do plan on having a closed loop system, but that is way down the line. Can I over buy a pump now and loop it in my middle part of my sump? Or would that be too much still?

I would really like to get something ordered in the next 36 hours so I can test and get my tank running.

Thanks

Just in case no body want to click the link. I have a 105 gallon tank with a sump that is about 40 gallons. I will use the pump to also flow my phosban canister and my fuge.

flow ia a touchy subject. One will say 20 to 30 times your tank size while the next guy will say 10 times. My guess would be 15 to 20 times . The rest you can make up with powerheads.
